Kelvin is the Green Boy from our Deerwood Special K litter. He was destined to become the heart dog of Lesley Mattuchio . Together, Kelvin and Lesley would attend dog events to both socialize and to take photos and it was here that they were both introduced to the sport of agility. Lesley's beautiful photography has blessed us with an amazing photographic biography of her Once In A Lifetime Love Kelvin.

The Amazing and very Patriotic Kelvin also leads the Springfield Thanksgiving Cluster in the BEST rendition of the American anthem!
Kelvin and Lesley also became the first of the
Deerwood family to venture into the world of Dock Diving.
Their enthusiasm for the sport soon had many of us joining in on the fun!
Kelvin's personal best was 18'...
jumping with his speedos to the tune of "Eye Of The Tiger".
Kelvin was a hot shot from the very beginning.
At not quite 8 weeks old, Kelvin climbed to top of the dismantled whelping box
and took a daring leap from the top!
We naturally gasped and then laughed.....Kelvin LOVED it!!!
He loved the attention as well as the thrill....and away he ran to do it all over again.
These antics earned him the name "Kelvin Knievil". He has thoroughly enjoyed
living up to that name!

At 8 1/2 years old, Kelvin's family gave him his very own Tottweiler!! It was love at first sight!! Lesley's love for Kelvin and her beautiful grand daughter Leah is made evident through the amazingly sweet photos that she has taken of them and so lovingly shared with us.

Kelvin's winning smile and great personality has made him a favorite with EVERYONE!
